Senior counsel Abhishek Singhvi, representing for Jain, informed a bench of Justices AS Bopanna and Bela M Trivedi that he had undergone spine surgery on July 21 and would require time to recover.The ED's Additional Solicitor General, SV Raju, stated that he is not opposed to the extension of interim bail.
